Local and national non-profit organizations desired to have an under utilized brownfield property converted into a multipurpose synthetic athletic field. The brownfield was protected by an environmental covenant. To facilitate redevelopment, the environmental covenant needed to be broken and re-instituted. Reliance supported the stakeholders and the brownfield is now a multi-purpose athletic field where children play.
